From the Daily Reporter, Coldwater, MI comes an item on the passing of another Searing. Mr Searing passed on March 3, 2009, at the Community Health Center of Branch County. Bobby was born July 17, 1945 in Jackson to Robert and Elizabeth (Newell) Searing. Mr. Searing was a lifelong resident of Branch County. He attended the Union Church in Quincy and had worked at the former Midwest Foundry in Coldwater for a few years. Bobby enjoyed fishing, listening to music, telling jokes, and taking walks, especially to visit his many friends at the Coldwater Tasty Twist. Most of all he loved the time he spent with his family. A Universal man was killed in a Sunday evening (11/30) accident after a car he was riding in struck a tree at the intersection South 11th Street and Seabury Avenue in Terre Haute.Russell J. Searing, 21, of (address removed) was pronounced dead by Vigo County deputy coroner Gary Weber. A comment of regret was posted on behalf of the blog.
